Candlelight Meditation
Candlelight Meditation sessions will start on February 24th at 7:00 p.m. at the church. Sessions will last about 1 hour and will run weekly on Tuesdays until March 31st.
If you have never tried meditation, we would encourage you to come and see what it’s all about. Benefits from meditation include stress reduction, improved sleep, better focus, and emotional balance.
Donations to the Open Cupboard Food Pantry will be gratefully accepted.
