DESCRIPTION:Join the Women of Zion on March 10th at 7 p.m. at an ideal retreat for mental health!  At our Meditation & Breathing Class, we’ll learn simple techniques to handle stress, anxiety and anger, in addition to respiratory issues. The fee for the class is $10/person (cash or check payable to Zion Lutheran Church), and is due by March 5th.  Please sign up using the link emailed from the Parish Office.
